Social Media and Online Presence Audit – $450 per audit
This includes an analysis of your web searchability, on your current social media sites, and on social media sites that might be good options to explore. With this analysis, we can discuss a marketing plan or set up a training program to get you the information you need to make your online marketing do its best.
Social Media Page Setup – $600
This package also includes the creation of a Company Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, and (depending on the company’s needs) Pinterest page for sharing your media and creating a consistent image throughout your web presence. We will also give you some simple suggestions for posting consistency but are also happy to assist with the posting.
We can separate out costs if you do not want or need to create all the pages in this package.
Basic Monthly Facebook Social Media Posting & Basic Page Management – $450-$650
Basic Monthly Facebook Social Media Posting Includes –
- Creation of Monthly Facebook Posts (1-3 per week)
- Staff Approved Posts Scheduled to go out Once a week
- All Posts will be SEO for the best possible search ability, keyword phrases, and accessibility
Posts will be created at the beginning of each month, approved by businesses-approved staff, and scheduled to launch once a week during peak viewing times.
Basic Facebook Page Management includes –
- Facebook Page will be regularly monitored for updates, errors, and repairs.
- Stephenson Consulting’s Scheduled Posts will be regularly monitored for comments, likes, and shares.
- Staff Posts will be regularly monitored for errors, comments, likes, and shares.
- If notified that there are page reviews, errors, or any other important page statistics I will send them to staff via email.
Basic Page Management includes Facebook page monitoring, notification, and basic page updates/repairs.
Facebook Ads – Price Varies
We can discuss Facebook Advertising on a case by case the cost varies. If you are already working for me we can incorporate Facebook Ads at a discounted rate.

Web Search Listings – $425
With this package, I will audit current listings and test your online listing searchability as well as get your company listed on any of the sites that it is currently missing.
This includes Google Business, Pinterest, Twitter, Bing for Business, Yelp for Business, LinkedIn Business Page, SuperPages, OregonLive.com, HotFrog, BizJournal.com, Yelp, Yahoolocal, and normally one/two sites specific to your industry.
Basic Individual Social Media Web Training – $375
Options include training on Facebook and Instagram business, LinkedIn Business page, Twitter for Business, Website Blog posting, and/or Listing edits.
Training includes an in-depth analysis of your choice of the above sites. One hour of training on your social media site, plus assistance in the creation of a simple company page or simple edits done to a current page.
For an additional $275 we can create a 6-month posting plan and discuss posting tips and tricks.
Enhanced Individual Training Fee – $375
This fee would include all of the above training topics and either an additional 1 hour or two 30-minute refresher training.
The additional 1 hour or two 30-minute refresher training could occur in person or over the phone. This would automatically allow Trainee to have some follow-up refreshers if the trainee finds that they are having difficulty with any of the items we trained on in the first session, or some basic advanced topics if they find that they are ready for more in-depth training.
Additional Refresher Trainings Fee – $125
This is a separate refresher training course in addition to the Basic Individual Training Fee. If we find that the trainee needs further coaching or refreshment of the initial training, these are 30-minute coaching courses. These courses can either be used for help or for further training if we find that the trainee is ready to progress further.
These can be added on at any time after initial training.
Audit and Basic Individual Social Media Web Training – $475 package price
Includes the same single basic individual social media page training and audit as detailed above, but at a discounted package rate!
Group & Company Training – $650 for company staff training or $30 per person for groups
Cost varies depending on the depth of the lesson, and the number of attendees.

This would be a very simple WordPress site with blogging capabilities, it would just offer you the ability to share more online and create a web “home base”. With the option of an annual $25/year fee to claim your own domain (yoursite.com) or a limited function free WordPress site URL (yoursite.wordpress.com).
We can always do add-ons, custom site design templates, and more custom add-ons to the website as needed for developing a more extensive site (to be quoted as needed).
